| PLAYER EQUIPMENT |
All Players are required to have a mouth guard and at least one back up mouth guard at EVERY practice or match. No mouth guard, no participation, We do have some mouth guards that can be purchased at the field in the event that a player forgets to bring theirs.
All players should wear soccer or rugby cleats when practice is held on an outside field, There may be times when we practice at an indoor facility in which case, tennis shoes/sneakers are fine.
Please ensure that your child has water at practice. It is important that they remain hydrated. |
